At first glance this appears to be a common used copy of Scott #130. However, in addition to the colors which are more characteristic of earlier printings of the perforated issue, it is also clearly cancelled 1916. The normal imperf set was not issued until 1917. Barring a back dated cancel, this is a candidate for an imperf copy of Scott #86. Imperfs of the regularly perfed set do exists, and are errors. I once found a foreign catalog that actually listed them and tried to price them - but I don't remember which.
